Believe In You Lyrics

So vast, so deep
I feel all the possibilities
But my heart can't sleep
It's always racing when you're next to meI want to show you
All that I can give you
Wanna hold you close
And understandI wanna believe in you
Wanna be free in you
I wanna open up your eyes
To all that our love can be
And all of it's mysteryI wanna believe in you
Wanna be free in you
I've been searching all my life
For the fire I see in you
I wanna believeSo scared, so strong
Let's shake off all the secrets that were wrong
Nightmares, dark songs
All the monsters sleeping where they don't belongI want to live out all my dreams

Inside you
But I will hold you close
And understandI wanna believe in you
Wanna be free in you
I wanna open up your eyes
To all that our love can be
And all of it's mysteryI wanna believe in you
Wanna be free in you
I've been searching all my life
For the fire I see in you
I wanna believeI hear your whispers in the dark
I hope your head won't tell your heart
To turn way or wake up in flames
YeahSo vast, so deep
And I feel all the possibilities
Want to live out all my dreams
Inside youI wanna believe in you
Wanna be free in you
I wanna open up your eyes
To all that our love can be
And all of it's mysteryI wanna believe in you
Wanna be free in you
I've been searching all my life
For the fire I see in you
I wanna believe
I wanna be free in you
I wanna believe

Collapsis is a band from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Their name can be traced back to an old Dillon Fence song. They can loosely be categorized as late-nineties post-grunge, with melodic vocals and lyrical themes of broken relationships, cautious yearning, and loneliness. They had more of a country influence than many bands in that genre; the instrumentals sounded more like a hybrid of country and pop music than nineties modern rock, although their music was accessible to fans of any of those genres.
