Bells Are Ringing Lyrics

No presents, no candy, no treat
No stockings hung by the fire
No parties, no family to greet
No angel's heavenly choirsBells are ringing all over the world
Bells are ringing calling the light
Bells are ringing all over the world
All over the world tonightNo doorways, no windows, no walls
No shelter here on the ground
No standing and no safe place to fall
Just the promise of this distant soundBells are ringing all over the world
Bells are ringing calling the light
Bells are ringing all over the world
All over the world tonightWherever you're walking tonight
Whoever you're waiting for
Somehow by the stable's faint light
Peace in your heart is restoredBells are ringing all over the world
Bells are ringing calling the light
Bells are ringing all over the world

All over the worldBells are ringing all over the world
Bells are ringing calling the light
Bells are ringing all over the world
All over the world tonight

Judy Holliday (June 21, 1921 – June 7, 1965) was an American Academy- and Tony Award-winning actress.
Holliday began her show business career in December 1938 as part of a nightclub act called "The Revuers." The other four members of the group were Betty Comden, Adolph Green, Alvin Hammer and John Frank; one of their accompanists was Leonard Bernstein. The Revuers were a staple of the New York nightlife scene until they disbanded in early 1944.
