Bring It to Jerome Lyrics

Well, everyday I work
Bringin' home my pay
Come to find out, baby
Youve given my money awayTell me, baby
What you tryin to do?
You aint seen me hummin
Like you used to doTell me, mama
Whats wrong with you?
You know, pretty baby
Im so crazy bout you
[Incomprehensible]All you pretty women
Bring it to my home
You dont have to worry
I wont do you no wrongBring it on home
Bring it to Jerome
Bring it on home
Bring it to JeromeLook here, pretty baby
This mess I wont stand

All the other women
Say you got another manBring it on home
Bring it to Jerome
Bring it on home
Bring it to Jerome

Bo Diddley (December 30, 1928 - June 2, 2008) "The Originator," was an influential American rock and roll singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He is often cited as a key figure in the transition of blues into rock and roll, by introducing more insistent, driving rhythms and a harder-edged guitar sound. He was born Otha Ellas Bates in McComb, Mississippi and later took the name Ellas McDaniel, after his adoptive mother, Gussie McDaniel. He adopted the stage name Bo Diddley, which is probably a southern black slang phrase meaning "nothing at all," as in "he ain't bo diddley.
