Brushy Mountain Conjugal Trailer Lyrics

Letra de Brushy Mountain Conjugal Trailer -
"Brushy Mountain Conjugal Trailer"Doing hard time just got a little hotter
Way up on a cell block listen to her holler
Lookie here honey, if you don't keep quiet
We're bound to start another brushy mountain prison riotCome on, we're unshackled tonight
I got a little time off for good behavior
So let's rock it in the brushy mountain conjugal trailerAll shacked up and incarcerated
Locked down lovers just getting reacquainted
Flies on the window, listen to em rattle
Tin can jumping like a rodeo saddleCome on, we're unshackled tonight
I got a little time off for good behavior
So let's kick it in the brushy mountain conjugal trailerGive me a slide out double wide class A trailer
Wrap it up in razor wire, take it to the jailor
Hurry up honey cause they hang me at dawn
I want to jive a little 'fore I put my jumpsuit onEarly next morning there's a knock upon the trailer
It's old Mr Hangman looking for a favor
Hey buddy with the lady, if you do some introducing
I'll call up the governor for a stay of executionCome on, we'll liberate you tonight

If you'll allow the pretty lady to stay a little later
And let me in your brushy mountain conjugal trailer(I'm knocking boy)
Come on, wow-wow... (repeats)

Old Crow Medicine Show is a folk/country group from Nashville, Tennessee. Along with original songs, the band performs many pre-World War II blues and folk songs. The style of music they perform is sometimes called alt-country, but today more often referred to as Americana.

Their 2004 album "O.C.M.S." was selected by CMT (Country Music Television) as one of the top-10 bluegrass albums of that year. Their current tour includes bars, festivals, and larger venues. They are best experienced in smaller settings, where their infectious high-energy style electrifies the crowd, often a mixture of older listeners and 20-somethings.

They make frequent guest appearances on A Prairie Home Companion.

The song Wagon Wheel is written based off a chorus composed by Bob Dylan for the film Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid.
