新谷良子 (Ryoko Shintani, born March 31, 1981) is a voice actress of animation and singer in Japan.
She was born in Kanazawa-City, Ishikawa-Ken, Japan .

She has under contracted with Lantis Recording Label that is music label for animation, voice actor and actress since 2003. In early, She released many songs by animation character name "Sakuraba Millefeuille" in Galaxy-Angel as her debut animation. As a voice actress, she joines in many animation and sings songs related with it.
"Lucky girl" is her major work in Galaxy-Angel.
