"Micah Dahl Anderson started writing music around the age of twelve, and writing songs around the age of fourteen. His first band (the doors of perception) was formed in 1993 in Sparks NV. Since then he has not been without a band for longer than a year (even on his two year LDS mission where he started a band with other missionaries called Docs and Ties which rehearsed on days off). He has held an array of day jobs from substitute teaching, to camp counseler-ing. He has been known to make grown men cry at his shows with his sincere tales of love and loss… of money. He is also a fabulous break-dancer.
