It’s been a long time coming. Milwaukee natives Coo Coo Cal and Baby Drew have collaborated to create Kokain Kowboyz, an album surely to be deemed a classic. Individually, Coo Coo Cal and Baby Drew were already a force to be reckoned with, but together, they stand to set the whole world on fire.

Back on the scene after a five year absence, Coo Coo Cal (Calvin Bellamy) returns with his distinct style and impeccable delivery that has only improved with age and experience. Gaining nationwide celeb status with hits “My Projects,” and “We Got That” featuring Juvenile, Coo Coo eventually stepped out of the public eye. Amidst all of the rumors and propaganda regarding his personal life, Coo Coo utilize the time away to the perfect his craft, waiting for the perfect opportunity to return and share his tale.

All great tales stem from life experiences both positive and negative, and ultimately, triumph. Baby Drew, Andrew Green, also a Milwaukee native has undergone the same trials and tribulations as his counterpart. Experiencing the highest of the highs, and lowest of the lows, Baby Drew established street credibility with his album, Powder. Receiving various awards and notoriety from hits such as “Gold Finger” and “Disco Lady,” Baby Drew also spent the last several years in seclusion. Being a little older and wiser, Baby Drew feels his story is ready to tell and is undoubtedly one that will intrigue listeners as they follow on a journey through the eyes of this urban Magellan.

Under new management with Infinte/TNT “Its Just Money” Management, Coo Coo Cal and Baby Drew have created an impressive album combining the efforts of Milwaukee’s finest. The pair’s veteran talents have crafted one of the most anticipated albums since Peaches and Herb. Kokain Kowboyz features the lyrical depths of both artists in songs such as “They Scared,” a track that Coo Coo and Baby Drew feel the rap world “ain’t ready for.” “Let Me,” another single off of the album, is strictly for the ladies, and a track that is sure to have women yearning for them “Kowboyz.”

This collaboration surely puts all rumors to rest…Milwaukee’s finest are back and stronger than ever. So saddle up and get ready for Kokain Kowboyz - in stores everywhere November 24, 2009.
