Cashed In Lyrics

For what it's worth, I've walked miles
And I've seen the sun go down
I played my share of dues
And yet you still want to put me downStarted on the bottom so tell me
Why am I here again
It was at my expense
Now you're cashing inCashed inMake way for the boys in your town today
Dig in your pockets, they've got a lot to say
Look up on the wall
I'll have some shirts for saleAnother week has passed
Can you keep up with the brand new scene
The music's changing
With the constant tapping of my feetPlay it faster, play it slower
You still don't know
The music's not so important to you
It's what you're makin' off the showCashed inCashed inStarting from the bottom
Starting from the bottom again
Starting from the bottom

Starting from the bottom againStarting from the bottom
From the bottom again
Starting from the bottom
From the bottom again

Pulley is a Southern California punk rock outfit that made its debut in 1996. The band is known for straight-forward, hard-edged melodic punk. Pulley was formed upon vocalist Scott Radinsky's departure from Ten Foot Pole, brought about by that band's desire for a singer with a full-time focus on music (Radinsky is also a famous major-league relief pitcher and has played for the Los Angeles Dodgers among others). Pulley's initial lineup included drummer Jordan Burns, guitarist Jim Cherry, guitarist Mike Harder, and former Face to Face bassist Matt Riddle.
