Cellophane Girl Lyrics

You're Leaving me here and I want you to Know that I
I wanted you there you were the best thing in my life
Somehow I know someone is on the other side
You're turning me over, letting you look on deep insideCellophane girl, playing a part in a cellophane world
Cellophane girl, see through me, see through meHello there girl, you leave a sweet taste in my mouth
On the edge of the world
She'd rather jump than just look down
You're Taking me under, you're leaving me dry
We're coming up with lies and lies, and lies andCellophane girl, playing a part in a cellophane world
Cellophane girl, see through me, see through me
See through me, see through meLeaving me here, I want you to know that
I wanted you there, you were the best thing in my life
Somehow I know someone is on the other side
You're turning me over, I'm letting you look deep insideCellophane girl, playing a part in a cellophane world
Cellophane girl, see through me, see through me
See through me, see through me

Graham Colton Band is an American rock band from the southwest. The band was formed by singer Graham Colton when he began writing and singing songs in his dorm room at Southern Methodist University. Colton's solo acoustic songs wound up on the Internet and a self-titled album soon followed. The band's debut album found their way to the Counting Crows, who asked them to open for them on their 2002 fall tour. Following that tour, many other bands asked the Graham Colton Band to open for them, including Maroon 5, John Mayer, Dave Matthews Band, Kelly Clarkson, Better Than Ezra and Guster.
