Chain Letter Lyrics

Oh no, I read what you wrote, feels like chains to me
You keep me tied up, with your talk about love
That never sets us free, when I read what you say
I hear desperation in every cliche, you tell me to breakChain
I read your letter and it feels like chains
(Chain letter)
I read your letter and it's chaining me to youI read your letter
(Chain)
And it feels like chains
(Chain letter)
I read your letter and it's chaining me to youGoodbye you said "Goodbye"
You hurt me so bad
(You hurt me hurt me so much more than you could)
Then you come backAnd I hear your steps in the hall and a letter under the door
When I read what you say
(You say "We've made a terrible mistake")
We've made a terrible mistake, and it's more than I can take(Chain)
I read your letter, and it feels like chains

(Chain letter)
I read your letter, and it's chaining me to youI read your letter
(Chain, chain)
And it feels like chains
(Chain letter)
I read your letter, and it's chaining meBy now all the sweet things, you're begging to say
Are just marks on a page
I hear calculation, I hear desperation
And I hear you tell me to breakI read your letter
(Chain)
And it feels like chains
(Chain letter)
I read your letter, and it's chaining me to youI read your letter
(It's a Chain, chain, chain, chain, chain, chain, chain letter)
And it feels like chains
I read your letter and it's chaining me to youI read your letter
(Chain)
And it feels like chains
(Chain letter)I read your letter and it's chaining me to you
I read your letter and it feels like chains
(Chain letter)
I read your letter and it's chaining me to youI read your letter
And it feels like chains
(Chain letter)
I read your letter
And it's chaining me to you(I hear desperation)
I read your letter
And it feels like chains
I read your letter
