Chilled Briefly - Codename

There are (at least) two bands named Codename. One is a funk rock band from Philladelphia (USA), the other one is a Funk Metal band from Santiago de Compostela (Spain).

The American One is a Philly based Jazz-infused Funk Rock band.

Compositionally, Codename's songs are a fusion of tightly composed prog-rock arrangements, high-energy rock n' roll, jazzy, sophisticated harmonies, and funked out dance grooves.

When Codename jams, they truly explore the unknown, swiming through key signatures, searching for new patterns, tapping into that tight pocket they create when their eyes are closed and the whole audience is zoned in with them.
