Closure Lyrics

Tore the pictures off the wall
They dont matter now at all
Dont need nothing left to remind us
Whats behind us
Leave the records on the shelve
Wish me well
Say nice trails
Say goodbye
This is our ending
Lets make our exit
Take the bows
The curtin is closing
Down
This is the finial act
There'll be no turning back
This is over
Theres nothing left to say
Its time to walk away

This is over
This is closure
Closure
Put the letters in the drawer
Dont need to read them anymore
All the reasons to hold on
Are all gone now
Leave our future in the past
Dont look back
Let it go we both know
This is our ending
Lets make our exit
Flee the stage
Its time to turn the page
This is the finial act
There'll be no turning back
This is over
Theres nothing left to say
Its time to walk away
This is over
This is closure
Closure
We made a good try
Now its goodbye
Goodbye
The curtin is closing
Down
This is the finial act
There'll be no turning back
This is over
Theres nothing left to say
Its time to walk away
This is over
This is closure
Closure
Closure
This is closure
I tore the pictures off the wall
They dont matter now at all

Jim Bob was born James Robert Morrison in the city of London, on 22 November 1960. He changed his name because he did not want to be mistaken for, in his own words, "a fat, dead, crap poet" - ie the former singer of The Doors. He played in various bands during the 1980s, one of which was Jamie Wednesday, who were performing between 1985 and 1987. In 1987 Jamie Wednesday split up just before a gig at the Astoria in London. Morrison and Les Carter aka 'Fruitbat' filled in playing along to a backing tape and thus Carter The Unstoppable Sex Machine was born.
