Lavalier (2008-Present) Lavalier is a group that formed in New York City in late 2008. Founding members, Steve Milton and Dave Horowitz, met in high school in Rochester, NY, and have been playing in various groups together since. They began working on Lavalier material while they were touring members of NYC indie-pop band, The Cloud Room, from 2005-2007. The band consists of
