Sunidhi Chauhan (Hindi: सुनिधि चौहान) (born Nidhi Chauhan, August 14, 1983) is an Indian playback singer, best known for her Hindi film songs in Bollywood. She is credited with over 2000 songs.
Chauhan began to sing at the age of four, and was discovered by a local TV anchor. She won recognition through a televised singing contest, Meri Awaz Suno, which she won, and made her entrance into playback singing with the Hindi film Shastra.
Her breakthrough was Ram Gopal Varma's film - Mast, in which she sang the hit song, Ruki Ruki Si Zindagi. She has been nominated for twelve Filmfare Awards, winning it on three occasions. She has also won two Star Screen Awards, two IIFA Awards and one Zee Cine Award.
Labh Janjua is a bhangra / hip hop singer from India, who first became known after his bhangra song, Mundian To Bach Ke, was remixed by Panjabi MC in 2002, subsequently he has sung many Bollywood hits including, Jee Karda from Singh Is King (2008).
Hailing from Majra Manna Singh near Khanna city, in Ludhiana district, Punjab, India, where he learned music under a well-known local teacher, late Jaswant Bhawran. He first shot to fame in 1999, with the song Mundian To Bach Ke, which was produced by Punjabi MC and was huge hit. His Bollywood break appeared in 2007, in the Movie Hattrick. Since then he has sung numerous songs in movies like Jai Ho, Dev.D, Singh is Kinng, Garam Masala, Dhol and Krazzy.
