Dark Black Makeup Lyrics

Kids these days they want it all,
They just trip, trip and fall,
It's all wasted, it's all wasted.
I'm tired of their knockin',
My tired head starts actin' up,
(ohhhhff)(x2)
When the world start waking these kids up,
With their capes and their dark black makeup,
Everywhere and I just can't shake it,
I'm gonna take 'em away.Kids these days they want it all,
They just trip, trip and fall,
It's all wasted, all wasted,
I'm tired of their knockin'.
I'm at the end, I've had enough,
(ohhhhff)(x3)
When the world start waking these kids up,
With their capes and their dark black makeup,
Everywhere and I just can't shake it,

I'm gonna take 'em away (ayyy)They want it all but they just can't take it,
They'll never know, but they'll always fake it,
Everywhere and every one of them's wasted,
I'm gonna take them away. When the world start waking these kids up,
With their capes and their dark black makeup,
Everywhere and I just can't shake it,
I'm gonna take 'em away. They want it all but they just can't take it,
They'll never know, but they'll always fake it,
Everywhere and every one of them's wasted,
I'm gonna take them away.
(oooo)(x2)
When the world start waking these kids up,
With their capes and their dark black makeup,
Everywhere and I just can't shake it,
I'm gonna take 'em away.

Radkey is a punk band from St. Joseph, Missouri made up of three teenage brothers: Dee, Isaiah, and Solomon. Inspired by the music they grew up listening to, such as the Misfits, Ramones, the Who, and Death, the self-taught trio decided to form a band. They had the pleasure of opening for Fishbone, Local H and Supersuckers and performed at the 2012 Afro-punk Festival in Brooklyn NY. Most notably, Radkey did an official 2013 SXSW showcase.
