Crossbred

A fairly long-standing (as these things go) "noise" duo from Osaka, Crossbred has been grinding out the cosmic-ethnic synth grooves since 2003. More typically for working musicians, both members are involved in other bands as well: Rie Lambdoll is half of the current line-up of TERESA11 and Mayuko handles sampler/synth duties in improv/space-rock act Novacane. After a three-year-long run of compilation tracks and live CD-Rs, the duo's first album, Kama Sutra, was released in 2007. A second album, Ancient Love, followed at the end of 2009.
