Ian Low is a Singaporean that creates music entirely on the iPad. His influences ranges from the folk rock of Bob Dylan to the modern rock of David Cook and Asian pop of Jay Chou. Currently, Ian also runs a successful food blog, The Silver Chef, which combines his passion for creativity and his love for cuisine and this has also been reflected in his music. His first music collection, Silverfish is created entirely round his food passion. Every track is based on a food or dish and brings together a range of music genres and styles done on the iPad.
