Bandanaira is a jazz-inclined music duo from Indonesia. Consisting of Lea Simanjuntak in vocals and Irsa Destiwi in keyboards, they recently gave Indonesian music world a much-needed refreshing surprise with their first album "The Journey of Indonesia". The title said it all. "The Journey of Indonesia" is a strong anthology of Indonesian folk and nationalistic songs composed mainly in jazzy style. Lea's powerful vocal gave the flair to Irsa's beautiful composition in piano.
