Desire 126 Lyrics

Oh how she loved the smell of dandelions, she had
That golden springtime hair
Her daddy voted for the stubborn side, the lying guys
But I did not careYou see?
Sometimes there's people you meet
That stay a while and then they go
You either miss them or move on.
She said,
She wanna go be a big big star
I said,
I'm better off on my own.[BRIDGE]
Love is something like,
It ain't imagination
Love is something like,
It's calm and it is patience
It's waiting at the station[CHORUS]
Desire, it's just a chemical
It comes and it goes and it comes and it goes

Desire, sometimes it's good enough
It comes and it goes and it comes and it goesThat time we walked down from Mount Royal Metral Square
You assholes French kissed to score
You talk the whole way there 'bout
How you're such a great listener, and
How you drink your wine through
Colored straws and mason jars.Sometimes I relate my stream,
my mind just views what I could be
If I could get out of here.
And maybe I'm confused
And maybe lust is true
But I want a love that I can lean on
Like the tide leans on the moon.[BRIDGE][CHORUS]Would you stand by,
Would you, would you stand by (x2)Would you stand by me, oh[CHORUS x2]

Enjoy the lyrics !!!
