Do What Ya Want Lyrics

I know they say that you're a problem child
But you don't look so dangerous to me
Why don't you give 'em your shoes
And make 'em walk for a mile
Maybe they will see how it feels
Amazin' how when you change your perspective
Certain myths come tumbling down
The things you hate in yourself are reflected
No one's to blame but the denial you've foundSo just do what you want and don't do what you oughta
Do what you want and don't listen to order
And if you're thinking the end is in sight
Just remember you're still here tonight
So just do what you want and you'll be alrightWell now who's the little girl with the tight dress on
All the boys are goin' insane
Every other girl thinks she's looking too nasty
On Halloween they all dress the same
The social rules we accept like we're good sheep
Don't give me a reason to live

'Cos I intend to have fun while I'm down here
The more I have well the more I can giveSo just do what you want and don't do what you oughta
Do what you want and don't listen to order
And if you're thinking the end is in sight
Just remember you're still here tonight
So just do what you want and you'll be alrightAnd if you're looking for the door to escape
It's on the left by the barbed wire gate
And baby if you take the D out of doubt
What you get is out
Time to jump and shout
Take the D out of doubt
And you can leave it as you walk on outAmazin' how when you change your perspective
Certain myths come tumbling down
The things you hate in yourself are reflected
But we can change any speed or direction
And we can change it tonightSo just do what you want and don't do what you oughta
Do what you want and don't listen to order
And if you're thinking the end is in sight
Just remember you're still here tonight
So just do what you want and you'll be alrightDo what you want
Do what you want
I'll turn out [Incomprehensible]
Do what you want
Do what you want
Do what you want
...
