Doctor Please Lyrics

Help me, help me, doctor, doctor, won't you please?
I need your pain killer, doc, shot inside of me
Well, I ain't got no money, child, but I been here before
Cash me in, fill me up, why don't you throw me out the doorWell, help me, doctor
Well, why don't you? Why won't you?
Come on and help me please, oh, won't you please
I need your good livin' shot inside of me, yeahI got this funny feelin', feelin' inside my head
Without your good living, doc, well, I believe that I'll be dead
Doctor, don't you turn me down and won't you hear what I say?
I need your good living, doc, and I need it right awayWell, help me, doctor
Well, why don't you? Why won't you?
Come on and help me please, oh, won't you please?
I need your good living, no, what would I be?AlrightI got this funny feelin', feelin' inside my head
Without your pain killer, doc, well, I believe that I'll be dead
Doctor, don't you turn me down, and won't you hear what I say?
I need your good livin', doc, and I need it right awayWell, help me, doctor
Well, why don't you? Why won't you?
Come on and help me please, oh, won't you please?

I need your good livin' shot inside of meAlright, stick it to me, doctor

Blue Cheer is an American blues rock group of the late 1960s and early 1970s, who helped to pioneer heavy metal music. Based in San Francisco, original personnel were singer/bassist Dickie Peterson, guitarist Leigh Stephens, and drummer Paul Whaley. A power trio, the band was named after a variety of LSD promoted by underground chemist and Grateful Dead backer Owsley Stanley. This variety of LSD took its name from a popular laundry detergent. Their first hit was a cover version of Eddie Cochran's "Summertime Blues" from their debut album Vincebus Eruptum (1968).
