Document Lyrics

I use my desk
Penmanship
I hold my hand steady
And make sure that it doesn't slip
'Cause I am hereTo document
To get it right
And to bear witnessI drive alone these days
Everybody has gone away
I keep the place warm
Until they returnAnd you think of the end
I think of decay
I guess that it's better
To leave it that wayBreathing makes a sound
Makes things reappear
Coming up for air
Do you think that they hear me?
Coming up for air
Do you think that they care?I drive alone these days

Everybody has gone away
I keep the place warm
Until they returnShirley Temples and
Roy Rogers are the things
That I
RememberDon't forget to say
Your prayers is what she said to me
Don't forget
To say your prayers
Jesus lost and found
Over and over again
Jesus lost and found
Over and over again
Jesus lost and found
Over and over again
Jesus lost and foundAnd don't forget (Jesus lost and found)
To say your prayers (Jesus lost and found)
Don't forget (Jesus lost and found)
To say your prayers (Jesus lost and found)

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

Back in the 90s, songwriter Julie Stepanek put an ad in the Village Voice looking for a female bass player. What did she get? Guitarist Dan Crane and the start of a new indie pop band - first as Stephonic, then as Calamine. The band released one ep before going underground in 2001. Julie resurfaced in 2006, releasing the lovely "What We Forgot To Remember". This band is probably best known for performing the theme song to the popular television show Sealab 2021.
