About the Frank Bey and Anthony Paule Band Since first touring together in 2005, Philadelphia based singer Frank Bey, and San Franciscan guitarist Anthony Paule, have blended their talents and expertise to captivate audiences up and down the West Coast. Born and raised in Millen, Georgia, Frank Bey began his singing career performing gospel at the tender age of 4. Along with his brother and two cousins, their group “The Rising Sons” toured around The South making live appearances as well as radio broadcasts.
