Ducks In a Line - Chasing Pedestrians

Chasing Pedestrians is a 5 piece rock group from Charlotte, North Carolina. Their sound has been described as refreshing, bright and original. Chasing Pedestrians was formed in early 2009 by singer/pianist Michaela Amato, guitarist Steven Gilmore and drummer Christopher Grunert. After several months they were joined by bassist Jeff Hymes to complete the group. In October of 2010 Chasing Pedestrians released their self-titled album debut. It has received high praise from the local music community and leaves Chasing Pedestrians to be seen as one of Charlotte’s most promising groups. The band is actively promoting their new release through a string of local shows and an increasing presence in the digital music world. Their song Paper Maché was featured in the Tosco Music Party in May 2010. In September of 2011 Chasing Pedestrians released their second studio work, 'Suddenly, We're Older' a three song EP. Available for free download at www.chasingpedestrians.bandcamp.com Today the band continues to perform across the Southeast, having recently performed at The Filmore, Amos Southend, Neighborhood Theatre, Local 506 and Barnstock Music Festival.
