Kier Bates has been immersed in electronic music for the best part of a decade. Originally taught brass and woodwind instruments at ten, he moved on to making electronic music on a PC "instant music" program in the mid 90's at the age of fourteen, where after being lauded by peers for his music around this time, he decided to switch to Reason.
