Haluk Levent, born November 26th, 1968 in Adana, Turkey is one of the premier artists of anatolian rock; a distinctive genre combining the Turkish fusion of rock and Turkish folk. In his relatively short artistic career he has already put out 13 albums, held close to 10,000 concerts, wrote 2 books, won hundreds of awards, performed 2 record concerts (each lasting a span of 12 hours) and continues to be one of the prominent forces of rock in Turkey.
