Change of Seasons were formed in mid-1987 by neighbourhood friends Marc DiGirolamo (bass) and Mike Caricari (guitar, vocals). As they developed they invited Marc's cousin, Rico Gasbarro to play drums and then wanting a fuller sound added Cameron Gray on guitars and vocals. Debuting in a high school gym in their home town of Toronto, Canada they went on to debut proper at Toronto's 'The Slither Club' in March 1988 and then opened for the likes of The Chills, The Verlaines and The Wedding Present.
