Edward Lyrics

Fourteen shades to summer nights
we were shadowed by your lightcause you and I were never faithfulI hold you up so you can fall
you never seemed to care at allcause you and I were never faithfuldon't count me out, you've waited now
this needs to be the way the sun will fadeI need you to feel this way
with scars outlast the pain
and nothing seems to stay the same
and you were never made that way
when all of this seemed real
just not todaysober thoughts begin to go
those who waited for your fall
no one needs to feel that helplessdon't count me out, you've waited now
this needs to be the way the sun will fadeI need you to feel this way
with scars outlast the pain
and nothing seems to stay the same
and you were never made that way
when all of this seemed real
just not todayno, the more we change our lives
with the feelings left inside

that just won't go awayI need you to feel this way
with scars outlast the pain
and nothing seems to stay the same
and you were never made that way
when all of this seemed real
just not todayI need you to feel this way
I need you to feel this way
I need you to feel this way
just not today
