Ella Lyrics

(Verse 1)
When she first looked in his eyes
Autumn leaves were falling around them.
A hazel gift, not full of lies.
She ran away, teardrops following her.
Ella saw this all before.
She let her guard down forever in charmer.
Then every night her heart was torn.
She wouldn't comprehend why it would occur.
Suddenly, out of the blue,(oh)
Everything was black and white. (oh, woah, oh)
Prior worries out of view (oh)
From the moment at first sight. (oh, woah)
Her reflection stared her back. (oh)
Not a friend for her defense. (oh)
Right before it could attack, (oh)

She broke the silence. (oh, oh)
(Chorus)
Hold onto this new love (Hold onto this new love)
Find out what it's made of (Find out what it's made of)
Just live and forever learn (Just live and forever learn)
And to welcome another turn (To welcome another turn)
(Verse 2)
Ella's father's absent past.
No acceptance traumatized her mind
And made her think she couldn't last
But seventeen birthdays were under her belt.
She came across so insecure.
The risk of failure incredibly frequent.
But the boy, intentions pure,
He showed composure in how she felt.
Suddenly, out of the blue,(oh)
Everything was black and white. (oh, woah, oh)
Prior worries out of view (oh)
From the moment at first sight. (oh, woah)
Her reflection stared her back. (oh)
Not a friend for her defense. (oh)
And right before it could attack, (oh)
She broke the silence. (oh, oh)
(Chorus)
Hold onto this new love (Hold onto this new love)
Find out what it's made of (Find out what it's made of)
Just live and forever learn (Just live and forever learn)
And to welcome another turn (And...)
To welcome another turn!
Hold onto this new love (Hold onto this new love)
Find out what it's made of, oh (Find out what it's made of)
Just live and forever learn (Just live and forever learn)
And to welcome another turn (And to welcome another turn)
