End of the World News (Dose Me Up) Lyrics

You wake up to the sound of alarms
And you're driving your fabulous car
Listening to the music that reminds you
You used to be young, you used to be youngAnd now you're searching for a sign with your name
To define you the king of the game
What will you do when there's nothing left
For you to earn and for you to learn? So dose me up, once is not enough
I can still see the ground
And from this high rise view, looking down on you
I'm not the one wasting my timeAnd every culture has its own magazine
And information takes the place of your dreams
Finding ways to fill up the silence
But it's all that you need, turn on your TVSo dose me up, once is not enough
I can still see the ground
And from this high rise view, looking down on you
I'm not the one wasting my timeThis is the end of the world news
This is the end of the world news, sponsored by GodSo dose me up, once is not enough
I can still see the ground

And from this high rise view, looking down on you
I'm not the one wasting my timeSo dose me up, once is not enough
I can still see the ground
And from this high rise view, looking down on you
I'm not the one wasting my timeSo dose me up, once is not enough
I can still see the ground
And from this high rise view, looking down on you
I'm not the one wasting my timeSo dose me up, once is not enough
I can still see the ground

Tom McRae is a singer-songwriter from the United Kingdom. He grew up in Suffolk, the son of an Anglican vicar. McRae sang in the choir. His mother played guitar and as a teen, he'd borrow it. He began writing songs at 15. At 18 he moved to London to study politics at London Guildhall University, soon forming bands and writing songs. A chance meeting with sound engineer Roger Bechirian led him to a working relationship that shaped McRae's soft-spoken sound and later landed him a deal with DB records.
