qurter is a Japanese arranger and composer who worked with many doujin circles such as Code ZTS Label, I.N.T, Diverse System, mana label or けしスタジオ (k-shi studio). He also participated to the soundtracks of Fate/tiger colosseum and FORTUNE ARTERIAL. qurter sometimes works under his own doujin circle label, DIVINE FUNXION.
