Engage Lyrics

So proud, take a bow it's coming 'round
I think I'll give you a taste
You won't forget the day we met
And what was said
So now the time has come
To watch your back don't stand alone
And I'll say
Just one last thing, don't turn away
Why can't you listen to me?
Find it out
The price is out on your head
And I'm willing to pay
Your time ran out
Your lights go down in red
Afraid to take a stand
It's your last chance to make amends
Now you'll pay for your mistakes
It's your last day

Why can't you listen to me?
You'll find it out
The price is out on your head
And I'm willing to pay
Your time ran out
Your lights go down in red
Listen to me
Find it out
The price is out on your head
And I'm willing to pay
Your time ran out
Your lights go down and now you'll see
I don't give a fuck
I don't give a fuck
Listen to me, lesson to you
Listen to me, lesson to you
Listen to me, lesson to you
Listen to me break
Why can't you listen to me?
You'll find it out
The price is out on your head
And I'm willing to pay
Your time ran out
Your lights go down in red
Listen to me
Find it out
The price is out on your head
And I'm willing to pay
Your time ran out
Your lights go down and now you'll see
So proud, take a bow it's coming 'round
You'll find out
Listen to me, lesson to you
Listen to me, lesson to you
Listen to me, lesson to you
Listen to me, lesson to you

The band was started in July 2003 from a few older projects. Working really hard together, playing a lot of shows and building a following was the goal of most of the members of the band. In 2004, Dear Whoever experienced some member changes. This was a good change but the band still did not have the fullfillment that everyone needed to be able to succeed. In December 2004 singer Jake Richards was relieved of his position with the realization of starting a new project.
