to talk about spanish grindcore / mincecore, is the obligation to talk about Violent Headache, band from Barcelona formed in 1987 and active until 2012. During all these years (more than 20) Violent Headache lived and suffered all kinds of periods : good, bad , boring , successful, etc. . and around the band emerged , born and died other extreme music projects such as grindcore, noisecore , crust or harsh noise .
