Ira! was a rock band from São Paulo, Brazil. Formed by Nasi (vocal), Edgard Scandurra (guitar), Ricardo Gaspa (bass) and André Jung (drums). The band's name was inspired by the Irish Republican Army, and it is also the portuguese word for "anger". Ira! was formed in 1981, by Nasi, Scandurra, Fábio Scattone (drums) and Adilson Fajardo (bass). But its final formation was only reached in 1985, when Ricardo Gaspa and André Jung (former member of fellow brazilian band Titãs) joined the band.
