Everything Must Change Lyrics

Everything must change
Nothing stays the same
Everything must change
nothing stays the same
The young becomes the old
mysteries do unfold
But that's the test of time
Nothing and no one goes unchanged
There are not many things in life
We can be sure of, except
Rain comes from the clouds
Sun light up the sky
And hummingbirds do fly
Winters turns to spring
A wounded heart will heal

But never much too soon
everything must change
The young become the old
mysteries do unfold
But that's the test of time
Nothing and no one goes unchanged
there are not many things many things in life
We can be sure of
Except, (rain comes from the clouds)
(Sun lights up the sky)
(and hummingbirds to fly)
there are not many things many things in life
We can be sure of
Except, (rain comes from the clouds)
(Sun lights up the sky)
(and hummingbirds to fly)
Talk:
Y'all don't know why i picked this song
Don't you see that so much is going on in the world right now
We don't know winter from summer no more
I don't think its been cold, cold, cold
Here in Atlanta yet
But God is telling use something
With all these tornadoes, hurricanes just taring up everything.
Sing:
God is telling us time
for you to make a change
Change a change
Change a change
Change its time you for you to make one now
everything must change
Change, change everything must change

Dottie Peoples is an American gospel singer. Peoples was born in Dayton, Ohio and began singing at an early age. After completing high school, she was given the opportunity to tour with gospel pioneer Dorothy Norwood, a member of The Caravans. From there, Peoples briefly joined a jazz ensemble, performing in various venues across the country. Peoples soon realized that singing secular music was not what she was called to do; she relocated to Atlanta and returned to her gospel roots.
