Feelin' Alive Lyrics

Hey!
This is the night, this is the night
Hey!
Feelin' alive, feelin' alive
My heart goes boom as the stars go blue
Like a sea of cell phone lights
The moon gets light as the sun goes down
Somewhere behind the Hollywood sign
Have you ever felt like you're livin' in the shadows
Have you ever felt kept out
I know sometimes that it feels like a battle
But it can turn around
Hey!
This is the night, this is the night
Hey!
Feelin' alive, feelin' alive
The kick drum starts as the boulevard
Fills up with all the boys and the girls

From Jersey town to the L.A. crowd
They hearin' us all over the world
Have you ever felt like standin' on a rooftop?
Have you ever wanted to scream?
Everybody dance, burn it up 'til we blast off
Just like a rocket machine, yeah
Hey!
This is the night, this is the night
Hey!
Feelin' alive, feelin' alive
'Cause we're not alone tonight
So raise up your hands and touch the sky
'Cause we're not alone tonight
Oh, oh, whoa, whoa
Hey!
This is the night, this is the night
Hey!
Feelin' alive, feelin' alive
Hey!
This is the night, this is the night, this is the night
Hey!
Feelin' alive, feelin' alive
Hey!
This is the night, this is the night, can you feel it?
Hey!
Feelin' alive, feelin' alive
Hey!
This is the night, this is the night
Hey!
Feelin' alive, feelin' alive

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

The Blackouts were a punk/post-punk band a la Wire and Gang of Four that were around from the late 1970s to the mid 1980s. They never recorded a full-length album but recorded various EPs and 7 inches. The band featured future Ministry members Paul Barker and Bill Rieflin, and had their records produced by future Ministry vocalist Al Jourgsensen. Their complete recorded output was released by indie giant K Records in 2004 as "History in Reverse".
