Fire Lyrics

Got a strange affliction, down in my soul
A permeating condition, I feel it in my bones
Got a new addiction, kind of a low
Write me out a prescription,
And let the feeling grow
Oh I tried, yeah I tried
To start a fire
A fire
A fire
Fire
Midas had a solution, that everything was gold
Dionysius forgived him, he made the river flow
Got a strange addiction, down in my soul
Got a kind of prediction, it'll never go

Oh I tried, yeah I tried
To start a fire
A fire
A fire
Fire
A fire
A fire
A fire
Fire

With only 21 years, Willy Moon already rolled halfway around the world and was finding its musical references on these trips. Born in Wellington (New Zealand) went to Europe with 18 years and ran there until finally finding home in London. Like the artist, his music travels a lot. With free-spirited and spontaneous, he defines it as "A sort of Bo Diddley remixed by Swizz Beatz." In fact, the sound of this man can be considered retro, but without resorting to any move to some kind of redemption.
