Rocket Boys is a British band in the fictional world of the anime BECK (Mongolian Chop Squad) that's an influence for Saito (Koyuki's guitar teacher) in the series.
In the opinion of Saito-san, they were way better than The Beatles but they didn't have the luck that The Beatles had.
