Brandon Campbell's music may evoke images of an unexpected, old-world carnival, a misguided stroll through a dark alleyway, a lover lost at sea, or that dark dilapidated house on the hill that's earned a wide berth. The scenes conjured from your subconscious may differ, but upon first listen to “Ten from the Galley”, Brandon's visual approach to composition will become evident... as will his influences, which include: Django Reinhardt, Tom Waits, Raymond Scott, Edgar Allan Poe, Alfred Hitchcock, Gypsy Swing, and Pre-WWII Jazz.
