Freeloader Lyrics

I don't mind, I don't mind
I don't mind, I don't mind
I am a freeloader, I am a freeloaderI don't mind, I don't mind
I don't mind, I don't mind
I am a freeloader, I am a freeloaderI'm hungry enough
To follow you around, honeyI don't hear, I don't hear
I don't hear, I don't hear
I am a free thinker, I am a free thinkerI'm empty enough
To see you as I want to, honeyI'm headed for the trees over there
If that's not a destination, I don't careI don't care, I don't care
I don't care, I don't care
I'm a broken kid, I'm a broken kidI'm lonely enough
To make the air around you sweetI'm an open book, I'm an open bookI'm lady enough
To meet you secretly, honeyI'm headed for the trees over there
If that's not a destination, I don't care

1) From the Binghamton, New York, music scene comes Driftwood, a band with a rock n’ roll soul and a folk art mind. Carving out a name for themselves with electrifying live performances, they bring one of the most unique, raw sounds to the americana/roots music scene. Incorporating upright bass, banjo, acoustic guitar, and violin, the ghost of traditional American folk music lives in their palette. But the melodies, the harmonies and the lyrics are something else entirely. They have released three albums to date: "Rally Day" (2009), "A Rock & Roll Heart" (2011), and "Driftwood" (2013).
