Gain Lyrics

Here I am again
Going to cure the common cold
Eat away hunger and
Get my movie soul and aGonna teach the world to sing
Give 'em all a hand
Solve there problems and
Gonna take a standI look around, come back down
Try to rearrange it once again
You hold your own, nervous to be strong
You got it and you don't know what it isOnce you gain, time after time it's the same ol' wrong
Change and you change it's the same ol' songI'm bothered by the fact, I cannot take it back
It goes on record and multiplies it bad and a
I gotta break it down to it's smallest part
Put it back together and call it artI look around, come back down
Try to rearrange it once again
You hold your own nervous to be strong
You got it and you don't know what it isOnce you gain, time after time it's the same ol' wrong
Change and you change it's the same ol' songOnce you gain, time after time it's the same ol' wrong

Change and you change it's the same ol' songOnce you gainOnce you gain, time after time it's the same ol' wrong
You change and you change it's the same ol' songTime after time it's the same ol' wrong
Change and you change it's the same ol' songTime after time it's the same ol' wrong
You change and you change
You change and you change
You change and you change
You change and you change
You change and you change
You change and you change
One new gain

Virgos Merlot was a hard rock band formed in 1998. Their singular album, Signs of a Vacant Soul, was released in 1999, and featured densely-produced atmospheric guitars, a heavy rhythm presence, and the commanding vocals of lead singer Brett Hestla. Perhaps due to lackluster sales and its lukewarm critical reception, the original lineup disbanded sometime after the release of Signs of a Vacant Soul. The band later reformed for a short while without guitarist Jason Marchant.
