The Magnets - British Vocal Group American Magnets : Hailing from Denton, Texas, Magnets meld traditional rock elements with more unorthodox compositional ideas. They released their first eponymous EP, in November 2008 British The Magnets : The Magnets are a 6 piece British a cappella group. Formed of Nicolaas Doodson, Michael Welton, James Fortune, Andrew Frost, Stephen Trowell and Derek Elroy. The group formed whilst at university together in a production of Guys and Dolls.
