Giocondità - Banda Ionica

Banda Ionica is an ensemble made of 20 young sicilian musicians. Born in 1997 under the direction of Fabio Barovero (accordeonist and composer, member of the Mau Mau band) in Sicily, Italy, Banda Ionica plays mostly traditional music from the south of Italy, especially funeral marches and celebrative-folkloristic tunes.
