Girl In Green Lyrics

It doesn't matter what you say
No it don't matter how many times you turn away
I don't care what all your so called friends say
You'll never change the way that I feel
We will be anything
We could be everything you want
We could be anything
We will be everything you want
What do I have to do to make you see the obvious
Cause if I deceive you well I just deceived myself
Yeah I have faith but I feel so misunderstood
Are you what I think you are or just what I think I want
We will be everything
We will be anything you want
We will be everything
We will be anything you want
Am I your lover or a substitute
You say time will reveal all the truth

So I stopped loving you and I started wanting you
You slip away into your pleasant solitude
We will be anything
We could be everything you want
We will be everything
We will be everything you want
It's all for the girl in green
