Rosie Ribbons was a finalist on the Reality TV Programme 'Pop Idol', finishing in 6th place despite being an initial favourite to win - much like Pop Idol 2 6th place finalist, Roxanne Cooper. Issues in Rosie's private life affected her performances midway through the competition, and she was eliminated after her Christmas performance failed to win the public over. The eventual winner of the series was Will Young, now one of the UK's lead male vocalists.
