Grace To Grace Lyrics

A hundred thousand years
A hundred thousand miles of track
A hundred thousand tears
A hundred thousand souls you can't give backWhen the dark subsides and eternity goes by
On the fault line between then and now
When the truth hides and eternity goes by
On the fault line between then and nowGrace to grace
Immaculate vision of what should have been
Face to face
Eloquent story of what could have beenA hundred thousand dreams
A hundred thousand beams of light
A hundred thousand seams
Gods in the Heaven can't get it rightWhen the dark subsides and eternity goes by
On the fault line between then and now
When the truth hides and integrity falls shy
On the fault line between then and nowGrace to grace
Immaculate vision of what should have been
Place to place

Elegant story of what could have beenWhen the truth hides and integrity falls shy
On the fault line between then and now
When the truth hides and eternity goes by
On the fault line between then and nowGrace to grace
Immaculate vision of what should have been
Face to face
Eloquent story of what could have beenGrace to grace
Immaculate vision of what should have been
Grace to grace, grace to grace , grace to graceGrace to grace, grace to grace
Grace to grace, grace to grace

Geddy Lee OC (born Gary Lee Weinrib, July 29, 1953) is a Canadian musician who is the vocalist, bassist, and keyboardist for the progressive rock group Rush. Born in Toronto, Ontario, Lee grew up as the son of Polish-Jewish parents who were survivors of Nazi concentration camps Dachau and Bergen-Belsen. Lee's stage name (and later legal name) "Geddy" was inspired by the heavily-accented pronunciation of his given first name "Gary" by his mother. In 2004, Canadian Jewish News would feature Lee's reflections upon her experiences and his own Jewish heritage.
