Hall of Mirrors Lyrics

I come down like a hurricane sucked up inside
Now I spit out the suffer, yeah
You say you want a revelation, revel in this my lover
Youre free at liberty is this what you want, sometimes I wonderTheres a highway to, to the edge, yeah
Once a night you will drive yourself there
At the end of the road, you will find the answer
At the end of the road, you will drink abyssI come down like a bloody rain cuts up flesh sky
Pulse beating under, yeah
Meat petals bloom in a bone garden
Aint no God, no Christ gonna save you nowI sell souls at the side of the road
Would you like to take a number?Theres a highway to, to the edge, yeah
Once a night you will drive yourself there
At the end of the road you will find the answer
At the end of the road you will drink the fearTake your time, come on, get what you come for don't
Waste my time, come on, get what you come for don't
Waste my time, come on, get what you come for don't
Waste my time, come on, get what you come forTheres a highway to, to the edge, yeah
Once a night you will drive yourself there

At the end of the road you will find the answer
At the end of the road you will drink abyssI watched you burn in the eye of my sun
In the eye of my sun, yeah yeah
I fucked you in, in the eye of my sun
In the eye of my sun, yeah yeahI watched you burn in the eye of my sun
In the eye of my sun, yeah yeah
I fucked you in, in the eye of my sun
In the eye of my sun, yeah yeah

The Distillers were an American punk rock band who formed in Los Angeles, California in 1998. They released their first two albums on Hellcat Records/Epitaph Records before moving to Sire, part of the Warner Music Group. The Distillers were originally formed by Australian-born Brody Dalle. As lead singer, she adopted a signature harsh singing voice. Although there were constant line-up changes, Brody consistently played the guitar, sang, and wrote or co-wrote nearly every song on all the band's albums.
