He Is the Same Lyrics

[Verse 1]
Still living in his dad's house, 24 years old
He could buy a few pads, but he just like to stay home
No, he never took the fast route, not a [?]
But they still make him take the trash out, keep his ass in check[Chorus]
Same kids from the high school, jump shot still flame
Couple million in the back, but
Nothing has changed, he is the same
Nothing has changed, he is the same
Nothing has changed, he is the same[Verse 2]
His assistant is his best friend
Lost his [?]
Really puts it in perspective
What the fuck's a bad day?
Sister told him [?], 24 years old
Real women need love, fake bitches want gold[Chorus]
Same kids from the high school, jump shot still flame
Couple million in the back, but

Nothing has changed, he is the same
Nothing has changed, he is the same
Nothing has changed, he is the same[Verse 3]
All he needed was a platform, [?]
Took 'em with him when the deal came
Selling out every state
Signed a deal after his first tape
But he kept it on the low
They can never say he sold out
So why they come to every show?[Chorus]
Same kids from the high school, jump shot still flame
Couple million in the back, but
Nothing has changed, he is the same
Nothing has changed, he is the same[Outro]
Nothing has changed, we are the same
Nothing has changed
Nothing
All the same, we are the same
Nothing has changed, we are the same
We are the same

Strictly a producer at age 14, Bellion became increasingly fed up with being asked for generic records. After literally giving singing and rapping "a shot" out of frustration 1 year ago, the now now 20 year old Bellion has developed an incredibly unique lane untouched by anyone. His obsession with moving forward and experimentation has driven him to create "solid and refreshing tunes", and in the words of Jon himself "that's all that really matters"
