He Touched Me - Shelley

There are multiple artists who have recorded under the name Shelley. The first was an indie pop band in the early 1990s which released a single and was a part of compilations released on the internationally beloved UK label Sarah Records. Their releases helped round out the label's output, as the goal of the label was to release exactly 100 EP records, the Shelley record "Reproduction Is Pollution" being release number 98. They featured on the label's compilation entitled "Battery Point" as well, one of the many compilations put out named after locales from the surrounding area.
