Heat in the Glow Lyrics

When your body says yes
But your heart says noAnother night, you're out alone
You try to find someone to build a little home
You've lost your trust in what you feel
That's why you lock your heart with some big sealStill you're hungry for affection
For something deep you can rely on
Somebody's out there but you are scared to tryWhen your body says yes
But your heart says noYou're missing desire
So that your love can grow
The fire is hot, still there's no heat in the glow
When your heart says noSometimes your wish is your command
And then you're doing things
Your heart don't understand
You hesitate 'cause you ain't sure
But the way he kissed was deep and pureAin't no way of medication
When your heart has got no clue
Ain't nothing you can say or doWhen your body says yes
But your heart says noYou're missing desire

So that your love can grow
The fire is hot, still there's no heat in the glow
When your heart says noDon't lose your faith in love
Just listen to the heart
Sometimes the roads are rough
But you will make it homeWhen your body says yes
But your heart says noYou're missing desire
So that your love can grow
The fire is hot, still there's no heat in the glow
When your heart says noWhen your body says yes
But your heart says noYou're missing desire
So that your love can grow
The fire is hot, still there's no heat in the glow
When your heart says no

Bonfire (originally Cacumen) is a German hard rock band, founded in Ingolstadt, Germany in 1972. --- Cacumen (1972-1986) In 1972 in the West German town of Ingolstadt a teenage guitarist, Hans Ziller, put together a rock band called Cacumen with his brother Karl, who also played guitar, and gathered a group of friends to complete the band. The name of the group was from a school test Hans had taken; it translates from Latin to mean "the top of a mountain". For the next six years the band played at local small venues but had a fan base in their home town.
